When Harshvardhan Rane, her co-star in Sanam Teri Kasam, slammed the door shut on a sequel with her, Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane came at him like a wrecking ball because she didn’t hold back when denouncing India for using missiles, drones, and shells to strike innocent Pakistani citizens.
Rane’s pride couldn’t withstand the patriotic Mawra’s criticism of India following its most recent wars.
“While I am grateful for the experience, as things stand, and after reading the direct comments made about my country, I have decided to respectfully decline to be a part of Sanam Teri Kasam Part 2 if there is any possibility of the previous cast being repeated,” the Bollywood star wrote in two Instagram stories posted earlier on Saturday.
