Field Marshal Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), declared on Friday that Pakistan would never be forced to do anything and that any hostile plans to divert the nation’s attention from the fight against terrorism would be completely destroyed.
According to a statement released by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the army commander made the comments while speaking to professors and student officers at the Command and Staff College in Quetta.
Speaking at the ceremony, the field marshal reaffirmed the determination to fight any attack and the capacity to address threats from all areas of conflict.
In its commentary on the regional and global landscape, the COAS clarified the nature of the developing conflict, focusing in particular on India’s growing risk of using unprovoked military aggression against Pakistan.
