Recent hostile statements by Indian leadership, notably those made in Bihar, have been denounced by Pakistan, which has called them indicative of a highly “troubling mindset” that puts animosity above peace.
In response to questions from the media, Foreign Office Spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan stated, “Indian leadership’s recent remarks, including those made in Bihar, reflect a deeply troubling mindset that prioritizes hostility over peace.”
Any attempt to blame Pakistan for the instability in the area, he argued, is disconnected from reality. India has a history of hostile behavior, including documented support for terrorist activities within Pakistan, which the world community is fully aware of, he said. “Half narratives and diversionary tactics cannot obscure these facts,” he continued.
