After allegedly posing as a flight attendant to fraudulently take advantage of more than 120 free flights around the US, a 35-year-old American man has been charged with several federal offenses.
Tyrone Alexander was accused on Monday by federal prosecutors with wire fraud and breaking into airport security zones under false pretenses.
Court filings claim that Alexander took advantage of a long-standing airline provision that allows crew members from several airlines to travel for free as part of inter-airline agreements.
