The Supreme Court’s (SC) constitutional bench’s decision regarding the reserved seats was hailed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday.
The premier had congratulated the legal staff and praised their “hard work” in his remarks after the development. “The supremacy of law and constitution is upheld,” he declared, adding that the verdict was rendered in accordance with the actual legal understanding.
Along with the administration, he urged the opposition to play a “positive” role in guiding the nation toward prosperity.
