KARACHI: Following last week’s rainy spell, the city has once again seen an increase in temperature, with hot and muggy weather prevailing throughout the city.
But according to a new forecast from the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), there will be more rain in Karachi and other areas of Sindh in the days ahead.
Monsoon winds have started to move into Sindh’s southeast, increasing the likelihood of rain in a number of districts, according to PMD spokeswoman Anjum Nazeer. Rainfall is anticipated in areas like Tharparkar, Nagarparkar, Mithi, and surrounding communities from today, July 2, until July 5.
