The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a warning about possible delays and disruptions to aviation traffic ahead of the Solar Eclipse that is expected to traverse North America on April 8.
The clip will travel across Canada, the United States, and Mexico as it crosses North America. Over the South Pacific Ocean, the complete solar eclipse will start. The United States will be affected by the eclipse path between roughly 1830 and 1940 UTC.
Pilots were alerted by the FAA in a statement to potential effects on aviation traffic and airports along the eclipse path from April 7–10.
Obsev quoted a statement to suggest that “pilots should prepare for operational changes and above-average traffic volume at airports located along the path of the eclipse.”
This comprises Indianapolis International Airport, Burlington International Airport, and Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
