However, the home minister promised to uproot the dacoits from the Katcha region and uphold the state’s authority in an interview with ARY News.
According to Ziaul Hassan Lanjar, in just the last six months, 31 persons from Ghotki alone had been kidnapped by dacoits from the Katcha region. The home minister for Sindh also stated that all of the kidnapped individuals from Ghotki have been found, providing comfort to the impacted families.
He believed that action was being taken to counteract the banditry that was common in places like Ghotki, Sukkur, Kashmir, and Shikarpur.
According to Ziaul Hassan Lanjar, everything is under control at the motorway and national highway.
