The alleged suffering of T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach’s respective ex-partners apparently brought them closer together once their affair began. The former CNN anchor, however, refers to the relationship rumors as “planned” and shows little interest in them.
On the Amy and T.J. show, the 46-year-old discussed the alleged romance between their ex-partners and stated, “Tabloid stories aren’t published. They’ve been planted. This year, I had a thorough education on this.”His sweetheart chimed in, “That’s a good one and very true.”
The former GMA3 anchor was reportedly referring to romantic rumors involving Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, even though he did not mention names.
When he previously stated, “I do not Google my name,” T.J. avoided making a clear statement on the issue. “We absolutely anticipated that this was going to happen,” he said, criticizing a select “outlets” that seemed to have an agenda. “I stay away from it.”
In this regard, the father of two emphasized once more avoiding gossip, particularly on his podcast.
“We’re not going to respond negatively to headlines. Because rumor is poisonous, we won’t engage in back-and-forth games,” he said.
“We are here, we are happy, we are healthy, we are grateful, we are onward and upward.”
