Speaking to the media, PTI leader Omar Ayub said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has chosen to contest the Nikkah in the Iddat case ruling that the district and sessions courts in Islamabad have declared.

He claimed that the Nikkah in Iddat case had no technical aspects and that it was handled “politically.” Bushra Bibi, according to Kanwal Shauzab, was forced into the case.

Court dismisses Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan’s appeals in the iddat nikah case

What is the Imran-Bushra case of nikah?

According to Omar Ayub, the court rejected the motion to suspend the sentence in the Iddat case.

“In the scenario when there is no complexity, justice was needed. According to Umar Ayub, this was the situation between a husband and wife.

He declared that PTI would contest the IHC’s ruling on the matter right away. He claimed that Shehbaz Sharif was given the position of prime minister on the ECP’s Form-47, but on Wednesday, the National Assembly exposed him.

He insisted on the release of the PTI founder, his wife Bushra Bibi, and other detainees.

“We (the PTI) will advance our movement more rapidly,” Umar Ayub declared to reporters in Islamabad.

Imran Khan, the founder of the PTI, and his wife Bushra Bibi have lost their appeals against their conviction in the iddat nikah case, as dismissed by the Islamabad District and Sessions Court.
