LAHORE: In Friday’s Eliminator 2 of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Lahore Qalandars won the toss and chose to bat first against Islamabad United.
With two and three PSL titles, respectively, both teams are eager to go to the May 25 final against the Quetta Gladiators.
These opponents have faced off 21 times since the PSL’s launch in 2016.
With 11 victories, Islamabad United has a slim lead over Lahore Qalandars, who have won 10 times.
There is an abundance of aggressive talent in Islamabad United’s batting lineup. Throughout the season, bowlers have been tormented by Colin Munro, Rassie van der Dussen, and Sahibzada Farhan.
