PTI Islamabad president is detained once more, the party says
Earlier on May 23, Mughal was taken into custody during a police and Capital Development Authority (CDA) raid on PTI’s Central Secretariat.
The Imran Khan party strongly condemned the CDA’s demolition of a piece of the PTI office due to a “violation of building rules”.
PTI activists had opposed attempts by the government to destroy the office during this process, which resulted in the capital city police arresting some party employees.
The CDA officials had pasted the order on the PTI central office and sealed it after the job was over.
