Unknown suspects opened fire on a police van during a regular patrol in the sad incident close to Pathankot, leaving two police officers dead and four others—including a civilian—injured. The town was shocked by the attack, and police officers raced to protect the area.
Two cops were killed and three others were seriously injured when heavy fire broke out in the police van that was policing the area. Another bystander was hurt when they were caught in the crossfire.
