Within the next 36 hours, a low pressure system located 1,075 kilometers southeast of Karachi is expected to transform into a depression, the Met Office warned Thursday.
The system is predicted to continue northward, according to the Meteorological Office, meaning that a cyclone-like situation could develop near Karachi.
They did, however, affirm that Pakistani coastline areas are not under danger due to the current weather conditions.
