Raja Khurram Nawaz of the PTI made a plea for a tribunal change, which was heard by a four-member panel.
Khurram Nawaz and Ali Bukhari’s attorneys made an appearance before the commission.
The attorneys for Khuram Nawaz contended that concerns expressed at the time of the election petition filing were not resolved in the allotted 45 days.
A second hearing has been scheduled by the ECP for tomorrow.
