According to French judicial sources, the French and Dutch authorities raided the Paris and Amsterdam offices of the streaming behemoth Netflix as part of their investigation into tax evasion.
Since the inquiry began in November 2022, officials from both nations have been working together on the matter.
Although Netflix has not yet commented specifically on the raids, it maintains that it abides by tax regulations in all of the countries in which it conducts business.
The company’s operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa are headquartered at the Amsterdam office.
