Marilyn Manson has withdrawn his protracted legal action against actress Evan Rachel Wood, his former fiancée.
The 37-year-old actress had accused Marilyn in February 2021 of “psychological abuse, violence, coercion, and intimidation” for others who were unaware.
After years of court fights, the 55-year-old singer, whose real name is Brian Warner, has now made the decision to dismiss the defamation action against his fiancée.
Variety reports that the Sweet Dreams singer “will pay roughly $327,000 in attorneys’ fees” for the Westworld actress as part of the arrangement struck on November 19, 2024.
Evan will also receive more than $325,000 (£258,000) in legal fees from the Beautiful People hitmaker.
