KARACHI: According to Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), who is currently incarcerated, the nation was united against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s aggression and war-mongering against Pakistan, despite disagreements on some subjects, The News reported on Wednesday.
In a post on his X account, Khan addressed the attorneys at Rawalpindi’s Adial jail, saying, “While we reject this fake regime, we stand firmly as one Pakistani nation and strongly condemn Modi’s war-mongering and his dangerous ambitions that threaten regional peace.”
The former prime minister’s comments are made in the midst of escalating hostilities between the two nuclear-armed neighbors after an attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), killed more than two dozen of them.
