TEXAS: To commemorate the nation’s recent triumph over India, Pakistani communities in Houston and Dallas hosted Thanksgiving celebrations.
Through a video link, community leaders, Consul General Ashfaq Chaudhry, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, spoke at the event in Houston.
In the meantime, the American Pakistani Public Affairs Committee organized a distinguished event in Dallas.
The meeting’s main focus was “The role of the Pakistani-American community in light of the recent India-Pakistan tensions and the Kashmir issue.”
