ISLAMABAD The successful ‘Bunyan-um-Marsoos Operation’ prompted President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif to observe Youm-e-Tashakkur (Thanksgiving Day) on Friday. They thanked Allah and honored the military.
President Zardari stated in his address that Pakistan would never sacrifice its geographical integrity, sovereignty, or fundamental national interests. “We will respond with full force to any aggression against the homeland,” he continued.
“It is a great moment for us to celebrate the success of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos in response to Indian unprovoked aggression,” the president stated as Pakistan commemorates the win over India on this day. I thank Allah Ta’ala for giving us victory during this crucial time.
