During his extensive speech at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, he made this statement.
According to General Mirza, reciprocal red line identification, trust, and restraint—rather than dominance or exclusion—must be the cornerstones of strategic stability. When it comes to regional security architectures, he emphasized that “inclusion is not optional” because “mechanisms cannot function in a vacuum of trust or amid systemic asymmetries.”
