ISLAMABAD: On the occasion of Eid ul Adha, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif congratulated the Islamic world and the people of Pakistan and asked everyone to remember the oppressed people in Palestine and Kashmir.
“I extend my warmest congratulations to the entire Pakistani population and the Islamic world on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Adha and the magnificent Islamic ritual of Hajj,” he wrote in a message.
“These auspicious times serve as a reminder of the unwavering devotion, selflessness, and sacrifice of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) and Hazrat Ismail (AS),” he continued.
He claimed that Allah Almighty was so moved by the commitment, selflessness, and sacrifice of these two outstanding figures that he elevated their deeds to the level of worship.
