The Foreign Office stated on Wednesday that all border crossing points along the Pakistan-Iran border are still operational, despite some media claims to the contrary.
A representative for the Foreign Office vehemently denied circulating allegations that border crossings between the two countries were being closed, calling them “false and misleading,” in a statement.
As to the spokesperson, “all crossing points on the Pakistan-Iran border are open and operational,” and no official or informal decision has been made to restrict or halt cross-border movement.
