For a reason, Jason Momoa has shaved his trademark beard.
The 45-year-old actor posted a video of himself shaving his beard after six years on Instagram on Wednesday in an effort to raise awareness against single-use plastic.
The actor began the video by shaving his beard with an electric shaver. Looking at his clean-shaven face, he remarked, “Goddamnit, I hate it!”
He wrote as the caption for the video, “Haven’t shaved in six years, and here we are again.”
The makeover is a component of the 2019 launch of his sustainable water brand, Mananalu.
