In a recent speech to Karol Nawrocki, who took the oath of office as Poland’s new president on Wednesday, King Charles spoke candidly about the “great challenges” the world would continue to confront.
The King said, “My wife and I would like to extend our warmest congratulations to you on your election as the President of the Republic of Poland,” in a message posted by the British Embassy in Warsaw on its official X, formerly Twitter profile.
“The world will continue to face great challenges during your years as President,” King Charles added. There has never been a more crucial moment to improve energy security, combat climate change with strong action, and enhance global security.
