Prince Harry is apparently eager to resume his royal duties because he misses his previous life, particularly now that his father, King Charles, requires him.
An analyst told The Mirror that Harry, the Duke of Sussex, dislikes being a “retired” royal and is counting down the days until he can rejoin the Royal family.
According to The Times, the Duke of Sussex proposed that Charles return to a “temporary royal role” in order to share the burden with his cancer-stricken father.
According to Tom Quinn, “Harry does miss being a working royal – being a royal is the only thing he is trained to do, and he is getting very bored in California.”
“He knows that to retain his value and the interest of the world he is better off not being a retired royal so offering to come back to help out at least reminds the world who and what he is,” he said.
Quinn further said that Harry is willing to take on a “part-time” royal role briefly in order to divide his time between the United States and the United Kingdom.
According to the source, Harry would never come to the UK permanently without his bride, Meghan Markle, who is thought to be against her husband’s intentions.
“Harry knows he will never be allowed to be a permanent part-time working royal staying six months in the States and then six months in the UK,” Quinn told the newspaper.
