According to information obtained by News, two competing nightclub and bar operators, Nightcap and Rekom, have shown interest in purchasing all or a portion of Revolution.
It’s also said that many private equity companies were preparing to make offers before Revolution’s advisers’ deadline of this Wednesday.
The scope of the interest from Nightcap and Rekom was unclear, and it remained possible that one or both would not table formal offers.
Originally set to take place on Thursday, Revolution Bars said this week that it was delaying its annual meeting in order to “provide additional time to fully explore.”
