Mr. Trump got what he wanted after demanding a debate “anytime, anywhere” for months. Meanwhile, Mr. Biden had the authority to determine the terms of their encounters.
Now that we have a notion of the agreed-upon terms, let’s take a deeper look at how the discussions could help or hurt the two campaigns.
