Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur criticized the federal government for denying him access to meet imprisoned PTI founder Imran Khan at Adiala jail, indicating that his government will not work with the Center on the next IMF program.
Alongside PTI Senator Shibli Faraz and Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Omar Ayub, Gandapur told reporters outside Rawalpindi’s Adiala jail, “I am telling you [Centre] that the next matter yet to be decided with IMF.”
The past ruling party was not exclusively responsible, he added, therefore the Center shouldn’t lecture the PTI on national interests. “We will take decisions according to our province’s situation,” he said.
