On Wednesday, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) planned to hold the public meeting in Minar-e-Pakistan on Sunday, September 15.
Details indicate that Omar Ayub, the secretary general of the PTI, applied to the district government to put on the power show.
In the meantime, the PTI was getting ready for its open forum, which was scheduled for September 8 (a Thursday). The public gathering’s organizing committee would be under the direction of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Among the prominent members of the organizing committee were Aamir Mughal, Taimur Malik, Ali Asghar Khan, Bilal Ijaz, and Shoaib Shaheen.

Separately, Punjab’s Minister of Information, Azma Bukhari, took aim at the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) with a new broadside on Friday.
