LAHORE/ISLAMABAD: Two prominent PML-N leaders emphasized the necessity for a safe environment to launch an economic recovery on Wednesday, alleging that Pakistan’s enemies were causing political unrest and terrorist bloodshed in an effort to destabilize the nation.
“This morning, a foreign ambassador was visiting Nawaz Sharif and I was also present,” Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said, describing a meeting between her father Nawaz Sharif and the foreign diplomat at a youth ceremony in Faisalabad.
He inquired about Nawez’s perspective on the political unrest in Pakistan. Nawaz Sharif informed him that this is nothing new for them; this is how things have always been; they have developed politically while we have grown up in the midst of this upheaval.
