October temperatures are expected to stay above average, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department’s (PMD) forecast.
Temperatures in Gilgit-Baltistan’s eastern regions are predicted to remain high, while Balochistan’s western regions can see below-normal temperatures, according to information that appeared Wednesday.
According to the PMD, frost could form in upper locations due to increased temperatures. In certain places, wind and rain could harm the Kharif crop.
Additionally, the government has issued a warning that dengue larvae will thrive in warm weather. River flow is predicted to decrease as the monsoon season comes to an end.
Water availability for agriculture may therefore decline. The country’s plains are likely to see smog, and deteriorating air quality could lead to health issues.
