Judge Lewis Liman of the Manhattan federal court ordered the former mayor of New York to present the goods to two Georgia election workers he defamed and owes approximately $150 million (£115 million).
According to News’ he has seven days to turn over the penthouse, which is reportedly worth $5.7 million (£4.4 million), to a receivership that Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman would manage, allowing them to sell it.
After Mr. Trump lost the 2020 presidential election, Giuliani falsely accused the two election workers of fraud and was compelled to compensate them.
In their statements at the time, Ms. Moss and Ms. Freeman both stated that the allegations had caused them to receive sexist and racist communications, including threats of lynching.
Judge Liman also mandated on Tuesday that Giuliani surrender:
• The estimated £2 million in fees for services rendered to Donald Trump and the Republican Party in 2020 and 2021;
• Funds stored in individual bank accounts;
• An old-fashioned Mercedes;
• A variety of furniture pieces;
• A TV;
• A variety of sports memorabilia items;
• A diamond ring and jewelry;
