ISLAMABAD: A letter from US Congress members to President Joe Biden calling for the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has prompted more than 100 Pakistani politicians to write to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, voicing their worries.
“We write to express our concerns over the unwarranted and inaccurate commentary on Pakistan’s domestic politics by 62 Members of the US House of Representatives,” the letter reads, characterizing the Americans’ position as a “skewed view of realities.”
