In order to secure bail for Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, the music mogul’s attorneys have uncovered Donald Trump’s legal issues.
The judge has turned down Diddy’s legal team’s repeated petitions for bail while he awaits trial. Diddy should not be granted bail, according to the case’s prosecutors, because he tampered with witnesses and tried to influence the jury through calculated social media campaigns.
Sean Comb’s team cites United States v. Trump in court records obtained by The Mirror. The case was a criminal case against Trump for allegedly participating in the January 6 Capitol rebellion and attempting to rig the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
The defense asserted that Diddy’s attempts to contact witnesses were in response to the prosecution’s accusation that Diddy is forcing his loved ones to do so.
