Given his ‘busy’ schedule at 76 and his ongoing cancer struggle, King Charles has received a stern health warning.
Julie Leonard, the coach, has issued the warning.
“As humans, we’re not designed to be constantly busy or for our brains to be functioning 24/7,” Julie warned the monarch, according to a report from magazine.
“We require time to unwind, reflect on our day, and digest our feelings and thoughts. To finish the stress cycle and return to a healthier state, rest is necessary.
The expert went on to say: “Getting enough sleep is not a waste of time; it is crucial for happiness and health and should be given priority. It’s a planned action that should be valued on its own.
