The 2025 intermediate annual exams have been postponed, according to the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK).
The tests, which were initially scheduled to start on April 28, will now start on May 5 in accordance with the board chairman’s orders.
The official announcement states that there were two main factors that led to the decision to change the exam dates.
All applicants for the 2024 first-year annual exams for the Science Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, and Science General groups—more especially, in the fields of mathematics, chemistry, and physics—will now receive grace marks from the board. The forthcoming tests have been impacted by this approach.
