Washington: The United States has issued a warning that unless both sides present concrete and convincing peace proposals, it may withdraw from attempts to assist in bringing the conflict between Russia and Ukraine to a stop.
Time is running out, according to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and if nothing is done, the US may soon turn its attention to other issues.
