As viewers of Clarkson’s Farm season 4 watch him “get more and more ill,” Jeremy Clarkson has spoken out about his failing health.
The 65-year-old television host who works on his Cotswolds farm is the subject of the documentary series, which debuted on Amazon Prime on May 23, 2025.
Notably, because of obstruction in two arteries, Clarkson had two stents fitted during a heart operation last year. Later, doctors advised him to make dietary adjustments.
During the most recent season of Clarkson’s Farm, the former Top Gear host stated in an interview with The Sun that “you can see me becoming more and more ill as the days go on, because I just lose my sense of humor, calm.”
