Taylor Swift’s subpoena was recently dismissed by Justin Baldoni.
Blake Lively, his co-star on It Ends With Us, sued the 41-year-old actress for sexual harassment and for planning a “smear campaign” against her.
Additionally, the actor and director wanted Blake’s close friend Taylor to testify even though he had already filed a countersuit for extortion and slander against her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Blake’s agent has disclosed that this is no longer the case, though.
According to the spokeswoman, “We are happy that Justin Baldoni and the Wayfarer Parties have withdrawn their harassing subpoenas to Taylor Swift and her law firm.”
