KARACHI: Two separate traffic accidents involving large vehicles on Friday resulted in three fatalities, including two ladies, and numerous injuries, continuing Karachi’s tragic trend.
The first incident, according to authorities, included a pedestrian being struck by a trailer vehicle in Baldia Number 2, close to Baldia Factory. Daud, 25, was the victim, and he passed away instantly. The truck driver ran away, and the police took the vehicle into custody.
In the second accident, a family of five riding a motorcycle was hit by a speeding container on the M9 Motorway close to a residential community.
