KARACHI: Rescue sources reported on Saturday that during the first 151 days of 2025, at least 376 people have died and 5,503 others have been injured in various road accidents in Karachi.
The fact that there were 289 males, 40 women, 37 boys, and 10 girls among the dead shows how common traffic accidents are for people of all ages and genders.
There were 4,379 males, 809 women, 242 boys, and 73 girls among the injured, highlighting the city’s continuous road safety crisis.
