According to the White House, US President Donald Trump will make a decision in the next two weeks on the US’s direct involvement in the Iran-Israel dispute.
news secretary Karoline Leavitt conveyed a direct message from Trump during a White House news briefing:
“Based on the fact that there’s a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks.”
Earlier, Iran’s deputy foreign minister told the news that if the United States intervened, it would unleash “hell” in the region and that “this is not America’s war.”
