The military’s propaganda wing reported on Tuesday that an intelligence-based operation in the South Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) resulted in the martyrdom of up to two army soldiers, including a major, and the killing of eleven terrorists.
The security forces carried out the IBO in the general region of Sararogha in the South Waziristan district in response to reports of terrorists affiliated with the Indian Proxy, “Fitna al Khwarij,” according to a news release sent by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
According to the statement, 11 Indian-sponsored militants were killed and seven others were injured when the operation’s own troops successfully engaged the terrorists’ area.
