As the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly approved the province budget for the fiscal year 2025–2026 on Tuesday, Aleema Khan, the sister of imprisoned former prime minister Imran Khan, responded to accusations that her brother was no longer important in the nation’s politics.
Aleema was questioned by the media outside of Rawalpindi’s Adiala jail about if the statement “Imran Khan is minus,” which alludes to the idea that the PTI founder has become irrelevant in national politics, had indeed occurred. “I believe that minus Imran Khan has occurred,” she said.
She made the comments in response to accusations made by the ruling alliance that Khan had lost his political significance.
She told reporters outside Central Jail Adyala in Rawalpindi: “Let the cops stop us if they want to. We don’t feel scared.
