After a prolonged period of heat in the city, rainfall fell in numerous areas of Karachi early this morning (Saturday), bringing mild weather to the city.
Light to moderate showers fell on Malir, II Chundrigar Road, Saddar, and the nearby areas.
Today after midday, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted sporadic showers and thunder throughout the day. While the humidity stays high at 90%, the maximum temperature may reach 31°C.
According to the Met Office, winds of up to 10 km/h are coming from the northeast.
