With an impressive overall pass rate of 88.51%, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) released the annual results for the ninth and tenth grades for the academic year 2025 on Wednesday.
This year, a total of 284,037 students took the matriculation exams. Maryam Nadeem, a student at Army Public School Westridge, distinguished herself from the rest by earning the top spot in the Science Group with a remarkable score of 1093.
With 1087 points, Amna Nasir of Lahore Grammar School took second place in the Science Group. Saleha Saqib of Emalah Foundation School Misrial and Hania Iman Waheed of APS Attock, who both received 1083 points, shared third place.
