Regarding Barry Keoghan’s nude dancing performance at the end of Saltburn, the news claims that their showbiz reporter’s queries were “misjudged” but “not intended to cause offence”.
At the famous event, which honors the greatest movies from the previous year, Scott was asked about Saltburn, and more especially, about the genitalia of fellow Irish performer Barry Keoghan.
Following their conversation regarding Scott’s movie All of Us Strangers, 47-year-old news entertainment correspondent Colin Paterson discussed the success of other Irish musicians, such as Saltburn star Keoghan.
“Do you know Barry well?” Paterson enquired.
Scott answered, “I know Barry, yeah.”
“Can I ask your reaction when you first saw the naked dance scene at the end of Saltburn?” Paterson then posed to Scott.
With a sideways glance, Scott said, “Oh gees, I won’t spoil it for anybody.”
