According to royal analyst and public relations specialist David Johnson, the palace must address Kate Middleton’s picture controversy as quickly as possible.
The founder and CEO of Strategic Visions Public Relations Group told US Weekly that the Princess of Wales’ experiment with publishing a carefully cropped photo on Mother’s Day was “a mistake,” since it “raised even more questions” about her health and whereabouts.
After journalists noticed the image was “manipulated,” Associated Press journalists were urged to “kill the picture,” prompting Kate’s apology.
“Like many amateur photographers, I occasionally play with editing. “I wanted to apologize for any confusion caused by the family photo we shared yesterday,” the message stated on X.
