Despite having 8.3 million followers, Gwyneth Paltrow is not a big user of social media.
In an interview with Sky News, the 51-year-old actress revealed why she finds the online world “difficult” and “uncomfortable.”
“I find it really difficult to be honest, I don’t intuitively want to do it, I don’t post, and I don’t like to read comments,” she told the site while promoting her new meditation app Moments of Space.
Furthermore, she revealed that her management instructs her to hold Q/A sessions on her Instagram stories on a daily basis to provide facts about her family and romantic life.
“I find it all a bit of an intimidating concept; nevertheless, I do
think it’s this amazing chance to interact with an audience and share stuff that you’re working on. If you’re seeking to develop business value, you need involvement from people and consumers.” Gwyneth added.
When questioned why she publishes facts online while feeling uncomfortable, the Iron Man actress explained that it is her “authentic-self” doing so.
